While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh and frozen food around the country, unfortunately some things are outside of our control like the weather, transit delays, closures, high package volume (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events once the package is in the hands of FedEx, UPS or USPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date but we try our best!
Non Perishable Return Policy You will need to ship us your order back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your exchange or refund will be processed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as shipping costs are non-refundable.
